The Melbourne Blender Society is a special interest group for users and developers of Blender. If you use Blender professionally or as a hobby, or even if you think you might like to use it, come along and see what others in Melbourne are up to. Our meetings consist of presentations, tutorials and discussions about Blender. If you feel like presenting or showing off some work, have a look at the Get Involved page to find out how.
In 2017 we will be meeting at 6pm on the fourth Thursday of every second month, with one exception in January for the Australia Day.
The dates for 2017 are:
- Friday 29 January 2017
- Thursday 23 March 2017
- Thursday 25 May 2017
- Thursday 27 July 2017
- Thursday 28 September 2017
- Thursday 23 November 2017
For 2017 we will be meeting at the York Butter Factory 62-66 King St, Melbourne CBD.
Blender is a 3D modelling, animation, video-editing and game-authoring application. Some examples of what can be done with it can be found in the Blender Gallery.
